Ingredients

15 minutes
2 servings
  • 1.5cupGrated carrot(gajar)
  • 1/3cupMilk
  • 2-3tbsCondensed milk
  • 1/4tspCardamom powder
  • 2tbsCashew
  • 1-2 tspGhee

Steps

15 minutes
  1. 1

    Pressure cook milk and Carrot together upto 1-2 whistles on Medium flame

  2. 2

    Take out Mixture in a pan...stir for 2 minutes

  3. 3

    Add condensed milk..stir continue for 4-5 minutes on Medium flame

  4. 4

    Switch off the gas and add cardamom Powder,nuts and ghee
