  • 300 gramsMarshmallows
  • 100 gramsUnsalted Butter
  • 1 tbspWater
  • 200 gramsChocolate
  • 1 cupPecan nuts, chopped
  • 1 tspVanilla

  1. 1

    Line an 18cm square tin with tinfoil, grease lightly.

  2. 2

    In a saucepan, add marshmallows, butter and water. Stir occasionally over low heat until melted and combined.

  3. 3

    Add chocolate, pecans and vanilla to pan, stirring until chocolate has melted.

  4. 4

    Pour into prepared pan and refrigerate until set.
