Urad Daal khasta with chatpatti aloo ki sabji

Urad daal ko rrat me bhigo kar subah channi me rakh de jisse saara paani nikal jaye.

Maide me salt aur oil mix karein phir paani daal kar soft aata goondh le aur thodhi der dhak kar set hone rakh de.

Ab pan le ya kadhai le usme oil daal kar hing, jeera aur laung daale.

Ab urad daal daale paani nahi hona chaiye phir haldi, dhaniya daale aur namak daale aur fry karein.

Jab daal thodhi roast ho jaye to chilli powder mix karein jab daal thodi red hone lage to sauf powder mix karein gas band karein.

Daal ko plate me nikaal de.

Daal ko grinder me pees le powder nahi banana hai dardari hi rakhe.

Ab kadhai me oil garam karein aur maide ki chotti chotti balls bana le.

Balls ke beech me hole karein aur spoon se daal ka mixture rakhe aur band kar de.

Ab halka sa bel le ya haath se bhi faila kar shape de.

Khadta chotte hot hai.

Slow gas me khasta fry kar le golden brown hone tak.

Boiled aaloo ko haat se thodh le ya cut kar le.

Kadhai me desi ghee daale hing, jeera daale.

Haldi dhaniya mirch powder daale aur 1/2 cup paani daale.

Cut karein aaloo daale jaroorat ke anusaar paani daalna hai to milla sakte hai.

Salt aur aamchu powder mix karein dhak kar pakaye.

Iski subji lucpuchi type hoti hai.

Ab khaste ke saath aaloo ki subji aur green chutney ho to aur swaad ayega.

Tip- khaste ke beech me hole karke sabhi daal kar bhi khaa sakte hai.
