Phir ak chalni mein chaan le.

Ab ak karai mein oil daal kar gram Karein or jeera, bey leaves or daal chini daal kar sauté Karein or ginger or green chilli daal kar mix Karein phir onion daal kar light brown hone tak sauté Karein.

Ab usme sare masale daal kar mix Karein phir tomato purée daal ka sauté Karein or bhune. Jab tak purée bhun kar oil na chorne lage.

Ab usme malai or Kasturi methi daal kar 2-3 min ko sauté Karein.

Ab usme chopped capsicum or boil curry hui sari vegetables daal kar mix Karein or dakh kar 5-7 min ko pakaye.

Jab vegetables pakh jae to usme paneer daal kar 2-3 min ko dakh kar or pakaye.

Ab end mein coriander daal kar mix Karein or veg diwani ka maja le.

Agar karai mein vegetables daal or vegetables dry lage to tora sa pani daal kar phir pani sukhne tak pakaye.

Isse app Partho or tea ke sath maja le.
