Gobhi ko slice kar le aur look warm pani msin namak daal kar dip kar ke 15 min rakhe. Then pani ko chalni se nikal le.

Bheegi hui daal msin green chilli, ginger aur garlic clove ke saath paste bana le

Ab is paste msin red chilli powder aur salt daal kar mix karein. Black pepper aur saboot dhaniya wala crush bhi mix karein

Ab oil garam karein aur gobhi ko no 5 wale batter main dip karte hue pakode banaye.(slow flame par)

Pakode thode(aadhe)sik Jane par seive se bahar nikale aur sare pakode nikale ke baad ek baar for se oil full flame par garam hone de aur gobhi ke pakode ko kisi heavy cheez se thoda thoda dabaye (but tutne na de)

H Ab sare pakode golden colour ke sek le aur hari chutni ya sauce ke saath serve karein
