Ingredients

3 servings
  1. 100 gmSoya bean chunks soaked for 10-15 minutes drained
  2. 3green chilies slit
  3. 2dried red chilies (breakable into 2)
  4. 1 tablespoonginger finely chopped
  5. 1 tablespoongarlic finely chopped
  6. 1medium Onion diced
  7. 1medium green capsicum diced
  8. 2 tablespoonssoy sauce
  9. 1 teaspoonRed chilli sauce
  10. 1 teaspoonvinegar
  11. 2 tablespoonscooking oil

Steps

40minutes
  1. 1

    Heat sesame oil in a non-stick pan, add ginger and garlic and sauté for a minute.

    Add red chillies and sauté for half a minute. Add onion and sauté till translucent.

  3. 3

    Add capsicum and green chillies and sauté for a minute.

  4. 4

    Add soya chunks and cook for five to seven minutes. Add soy sauce, chilli sauce and tomato ketchup and mix well. Cover and cook on low heat for fifteen minutes.

  5. 5

    Transfer onto a serving plate and serve hot.
