Ingredients

  1. 2 cupbasmati rice
  2. 4brinjals (thick slices)
  3. 4tomatoes
  4. 1big potato (4 pcs)
  5. 2sliced onions
  6. 1 cupcurd
  7. 1/2 cupthick sliced carrots
  8. 1 cupgreen peas
  9. 1 cupGreen coarse paste of coriander (10-12 garlic 1 chilli)
  10. 2 tspgod's masala
  11. 1 tspmalvani masala
  12. 2tej patta
  13. 1 tsp shahajira
  14. 1 tspblack pepper
  15. 1black big cardamom
  16. 4green cardamom
  17. 1/2 inchcinnamon
  18. Oil
  19. salt

Steps

  1. 1

    In a big kadai add oil add whole garam masala saute for a min.

  2. 2

    Add coarse green paste saute for 2 mins. Add onions and saute till gets translucent. Add god's masala and malvani masala and salt. Keep stirring

  3. 3

    Add all vegetables and saute till veggies turns soft. Add tomatoes and cover.

  4. 4

    Add curd and stirr again. Let it mix together then add soaked rice and mix well. Fry for a min.

  5. 5

    Add hot boiled water (double the qty of rice)

  6. 6

    Mix well and cover. cook over a medium heat. Turn off the gas when done. Sprinkle chopped coriander over the rice.
