  • 1potato
  • 2onion
  • As needed Some peanuts and Curry patta
  • as neededMustard seed or haldi mirch or one lemon

  1. 1

    Soak chanadal in a water for 4 hours and then grind it

    Thoda roast hone per pisi hui chanadal ke bhuna kareeb ten minutes..haldi mirch or namak dal ke thoda two spoon water dalkar dal ko dhak diya.

    After five minutes put the one spoon sugar or lemon juice..garnishing with cilantro
