250 gmsFresh red chillies -
250 gmsGarlic -
1/2 tspMethi dana -
1 cupMustard oil -
2 tspRed chilli powder -
1/2 tspTurmeric powder -
to tasteSalt -
2 tbspLemon juice -

Wash and cut red chilli properly.Blend the red chilli and clove to make a fine paste.

Heat mustard oil in a pan.Add methi seeds and add chilli and garlic paste.

Add red chilli and turmeric powder and mix well.

Cook on low flame for half an hour.

Add lemon juice.

Serve with roti.
