Ingredients

1 & 1/2 hour
8-10 people
  1. 1.5 kgmutton
  2. 1/2 cupolive oil
  3. x2 onions (chopped)
  4. X1 green pepper (chopped)
  5. X1 big carrot (chopped)
  6. X3 big potatoes
  7. 1 teaspooncrushed ginger and garlic
  8. 1 tblspoon supreme curry powder
  9. cubesX2 knorrox mutton
  10. 1/2 cupstreers bbq marinade
  11. X1 tablespoon 6 gun spice
  12. 1& 1/2 tbl spoon zeal
  13. 1tblspoon breyani mix powder
  14. 1tblspoon garam powder
  15. Mutton soup

Cooking Instructions

    Cut your mutton into small pieces and marinade using the bbq marinade, 6gun, zeal, breyani mix powder and garam for an hour befor cooking

    In a pot heat your olive oil

    Once your oil is hot add your chopped onions, carrot and green pepper and ginger and garlic with them

  4. 4

    Let it fry for 2min before adding curry powder and knorrox cubes and stir

  5. 5

    Let it fry for another 1 minute before adding your mutton, stir and let it simmer for about 20min while checking it regularly

  6. 6

    Once your mutton is half cooked add potatoes stir and let it simmer to allow the potatoes to be tender

  7. 7

    Once everything is well cooked you can add you mutton soup and let it boil for about 5min. And enjoy

  8. 8

    You can serve with dumplings
