Ingredients

  1. .. Urad dal (black gram)soacking overnight
  2. 1tsp ghee
  3. 1tspcumin seeds
  4. 1tsp ginger garlic paste
  5. 1tsp red chilli powder
  6. 4tomato puree
  7. 1tspcoriander powder
  8. 1tsppav bhaji Masala
  9. 1ts0turmeric powder 10...salt to taste
  10. ....Bay Leaves teja patta

Steps

    All ingredients

    First take pressure cooker for 5,6 whistles

    .....take a nonstick pan add 1 tsp ghee add cumin

    ......add ginger garlic Bay Leaves saute few minutes

    Now add red chilli powder
    5.....add tomato puree mix well

    Add coriander powder add pav bhaji turmeric powder mix well and cook 5 minutes...

    To cook dal mix well saute few minutes add cream mix well. Saute few minutes...
    8...makhani dal is ready....
