  11. Spice Paste:
  12. 6shallots
  13. 4 clovesgarlic
  14. 5red chilies
  15. 3bird's eye chilies
  16. 3candlenuts
  17. 1/2 teaspooncumin
  18. 1 teaspoonpepper
  19. 1 teaspoonground coriander
  20. 3kaffir lime leaves

Cooking Instructions
