Cut tips off bananas and cut a line from end to end. Boil bananas with a little bit of milk and salt to taste.

Boil approximately 20 minutes. Avoid bananas getting too soft. Remove skin and slice approximately 1/2" inch long.

While the bananas boil...sautee olive oil, vinegar, garlic, onions, laurel leaves, whole and ground peppers, adobo and salt over low heat. Once the onions begin to get translucent. remove from heat and add olives.

Place cut bananas in a bowl and pour sauce overall and let marinate for several hours. The longer it marinates the better it tastes.

Can be prepared a day in advance and placed in the refrigerator.
