Steps

Preheat the oven at 180 degrees celcius

Crack the eggs into a bowl and beat them thoroughly, add vanilla essence

Grind the sugar and mix with flour. Ensure it's well incorporated.

Pour the oil into the flour mixture. Then mixed in a clockwise or anticlockwise direction using a mwiko (don't have a mixer)

Pour the egg mixture into no. 4. And continue mixing like in no 4.

Add your milk or water slowly as you monitor the batter not to be too light or too thick.

Pour the batter into a baking tin which has been lined using blueband and flour.

Put in the oven. The lower rack at 160 degrees for about an hour
