Ingredients

  • 3 mediumTomatoes
  • 1/2Onion
  • 2 tbspChicken bouillon
  • 5 cupWater
  • 2 cloveGarlic
  • 1 cupSmall Pasta of choice
  • 1 tbspOil
  • Optional
  • 1 sliceCheese

Steps

  1. 1

    Place tomatoes in blender with, tomatoes, onion, garlic, chicken bouillon and salt.

  2. 2

    Blend until liquid

  3. 3

    In medium soup pan place oil, and pasta until golden brown then add tomatoes liquid to pan.

  4. 4

    Bring to a boil, then lower to medium/low place cover on pan and cook for 20 minutes..

  5. 5

    Optional ( cheese on top of soup) before serving.
