Try this kheer with date palm jaggery(nolen gur) only.Because this jaggery has it's own special flavour.
Steps

Heat ghee & fry vermicelli for 2 mins.

Boil milk.When it will start to leave bubble add jaggery & a pinch of salt.Stir it constantly otherwise milk will curdle.

Add vermicelli & dry fruits.

Boil the milk for more 10 mins & then switch off the flame.

Make it cool in room temperature.

Decorate with your favourite dry fruits & keep it in fridge for at least 30 mins.

Serve chilled.
