Kadai me oil dale. garam hone par panch phoran aur tej patta dale.

Chatkane par grind Kiya hua paste usme dale aur chalae.aur swad ke hisab se namak dale.

Jab masala oil chodne lage to deep fried aloo dal kar 3 4 minute bhune.

Ab ek cup pani dal kar 2 minute pkae.

Ppkate samay adha chammach kastoori methi aur garam masala daale.2 minute baad utar le. ab ye ready hai.👍
