Rotisserie Chicken

Ingredients

6 servings
  1. 5-7 lbchicken
  2. 2 teaspoonssmoked paprika
  3. 1 1/2 teaspoonsdry thyme
  4. 1 teaspoononion powder
  5. 1 teaspoongarlic powder
  6. 1 teaspoonTony’s seasoning
  7. 1/2salt
  8. 1/4 teaspoonblack pepper
  9. 1 bunchfresh thyme (optional)
  10. 2 tablespoonsolive oil

Cooking Instructions

    Combine dry ingredients in a small bowl

  2. 2

    Make sure chicken is washed and pat dry

  3. 3

    Rub olive oil all over chicken and generously sprinkle all over chicken

  4. 4

    Bake 425 for 30 minutes then lower the temperature to 375 for about 50-60 more minutes

  5. 5

    Let it rest for about 5 minutes before cutting it. Enjoy!
