Ingredients

30 minutes
4 servings
  1. 1 cuprice flour
  2. 1 cupcoconut
  3. 250 gjaggery (gud)
  4. as per tasteSalt
  5. Sugar
  6. Kismis (raisins)
  7. 2 cupWater
  8. 1/2 cupmilk

Steps

30 minutes
  1. 1

    Heat a pan add jaggery.. After melting gaggery add coconut.stir fry it. When the mixture become dry keep it aside.

  2. 2

    Heat a pan add 2 cup water 1/2 cup milk.add salt and sugar.add rice flour.mix it well and make a soft dough.

  3. 3

    Divide the dough into 10 to 12 pieces..take one piece in your hand.flat it.And stuff the coconut mixture.. cover it and by the help of your hand make it round.

    Steam the balls in a steamer for 10 to 15 minutes.

  5. 5

    Now your Monda is ready to serve..
