  • 1 tbsplemon juice
  • 2 tbsplight brown sugar
  • 1/4 tspground nutmeg
  • 1/2 tspground cinnamon
  • 2 tbspfinely chopped almonds

    Slice the pears and seed the pomegranate

  2. 2

    Mix pears and pomegranate seeds, toss with lemon juice

  3. 3

    Combine spices, mix with fruit

  4. 4

    Refrigerate at least one hour before serving

  5. 5

    Serve with almonds as garnish
