Peal, cut and fry the potatoes. drain fat

Cook bacon. drain fat

In a baking tray alternate potato and bacon layers

To prepare bechamel: melt butter and add flour slowly. Add milk slowly while stirring constantly. Add some salt, numteg and peper and cook until it gets creamy.

Top potatoes with bechamel, spread cheese all over and put into the oven for 15 minutes (210C)
