Ingredients

2 servings
  • 1 cupholy basil or sweet basil
  • 1 lbground meat of choice
  • 7 clovegarlic
  • 7chili, seeded to taste
  • 1shallot, large
  • 2 tbspoil
  • 1 tbspfish sauce
  • 2 tbspDark soy sauce
  • 1 tbspsweet dark soy sauce
  • 1 tbspoyster sauce

Steps

30 mins
  1. 1

    mince shallot, garlic and peppers.

  2. 2

    heat oil and add above paste. stir fry until golden.

  3. 3

    add meat then all Ingredients except basil. adding water if needed to cook meat.

  4. 4

    before removing from heat, add basils, stir well and remove from heat.

  5. 5

    serve over rice with Fried egg.
