1 bagpotatoes (not peeled)
2 tbspButter
1Salt and pepper (or taco seasoning, garlic herb, ect)
1Ranch dressing
1as needed Shredded cheese

Preheat oven to 400

Place diced potatoes in a baking dish. Dot with a few pieces of butter.

Cover with foil

Bake 50-60 min

Add ranch and shredded cheese

Cook for additional 3-5 min
