Ingredients

1 cupwater
1 cuprice wine vinegar
1 cupsugar
1 tspminced garlic
2 tsphot chilie pepper
2 tspcorn starch

Steps

1

pour water and vinegar into a sauce pan and bring to a boil
2

stir in sugar,ginger, garlic, Chile pepper and ketchup, simmer for 5 minutes,
3

stir in corn starch,( i reserved a 1/3 cup of the water to dissolve the cornstarch before adding to sauce)
