Ingredients

  1. 1 packagesFrozen chopped spinach (10oz)
  2. 2 canArtichoke hearts (13 3/4oz)
  3. 1/2 cupMayonnaise
  4. 1/2 cupSour cream
  5. 1 cupGrated Parmesan
  6. 1 cupGrated pepper jack cheese

  1. 1

    Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease casserole dish with nonstick spray.

  2. 2

    Heat spinach in microwave on high for 5 minutes and squeeze dry. Drain artichoke hearts and coarsely chop into a food processor.

  3. 3

    Combine all ingredients except jack cheese in a large bowl. Stir well. Put in casserole dish and bake for 30 minutes.
