Ingredients

1 lbGround chicken
1 mediumYellow onion
4 headGarlic
1 headCauliflower
24 ozCrushed tomatoes
1 cupParsley
1 cupBreadcrumbs
1/4 cupGrated Parmesan cheese
1Salt and pepper

Preheat oven to 375. Brown meat about 10 minutes, and put into 13X9 baking pan. Saute and season cauliflower for a few minutes the add onion and garlic, only soften do not caramelize. Add in the tomatoes and simmer a few minutes taste and season. Pour in pan and stir in parsley. Mix breadcrumbs and cheese in separate bowl. Top the pan and bake 30 minutes until golden brown.
