Ingredients

3 tbspfresh squeezed lime juice
1/2 cupchopped sweet onion
2 cupchopped very ripe tomatoed
2 tbspminced jalapeño, Serrano, chili pequins or poblano rasjas
1/2 tspsea salt
1/2 tspfresh ground black pepper
2 tbspfresh cilantro chopped
1 dashof olive oil

Combine the lime juice and onions in a bowl and allow to marinate 20-60 mins

Combine tomatoes, onion mix, chili's, salt, pepper, cilantro, and olive oil in a mixing bowel and mix well. Season to taste. Refrigerate at least 30 mins. Serve cold.
