Sarso ka saag and makka ki roti🍱
Steps

Clean and wash properly sarso,spinach and bathtya.

Put it in cooker and add green chilli,ginger,garlic,salt,onion,tomato and water.

Cook till 7-8 whistles,after it cools down,and now take a bowl add makka aata 2 tsp and make a paste using hand blender.

Add this paste in cooker also add jaggery and cook for 30-35 mins on low flame.

Stir properly while cooking.

Now take a pan add ghee and heat, then add hing and garlic.

Saute add onion,ginger,and tomato. Cook till ghee start to leave the pan,add in sarso saag to it and cook for 5 minutes.

Sarso saag is ready.

How to make makka roti:

Take a bowl add chopped onion,green chutney,fresh methi leaves and spices and makka flour and make a soft dough with help of warm water.

Make rotis out of it and serve hot with sarso saag top with ghee or butter.
