Ingredients

  • 1 cupsamak
  • 1green chilli
  • 1/2 tspsmall piece of ginger paste
  • 1 cupseasonal vegetables chhoped (matar, gajar, French beans) etc
  • 1 tablespoonghee
  • 1/2 tea spoonjeera
  • to tastered chilli,
  • as per tastehaldi powder
  • To tasteSalt,
  • 1 glasswater

Steps

  1. 1

    Take ghee in a pan met it. Add jeera add ginger green chilli paste.

  2. 2

    Add chhoped vegitable and sauté them all. Add washed rice with water.

  3. 3

    Add salt red chilli and haldi powder mix well. Add lemon juice also cover it with lid.

  4. 4

    After boiling water slow the flame mix it well and again cover with lid.

  5. 5

    Check the rice when it becomes soft and absorb all water. Turn gas off

  6. 6

    Serve hot. It’s not for fast. If you want to have it in fast then add only those veggies which can use in fast and use sendha namak also.
