  1. 19 ozground turkey
  2. 2 cupcarrot, thinly sliced
  3. 1 cuponion, chopped
  4. 1 cupcelery, chopped
  5. 1/2 cupgreen pepper, chopped
  6. 1 clovegarlic
  7. 42 ozbeef broth (3 14 oz cans)
  8. 28 ozdiced tomatoes
  9. 8 oztomato sauce
  10. 1/2 cupquick-cook barley
  11. 2bay leaves
  12. 1 tspworchestershire sauce
  13. 1 tspdried oregano
  14. 1/4 tsppepper
  15. 1/4 tspsalt

Cooking Instructions

45 mins
  1. 1

    Cook turkey and veggies over medium heat until browned. Drain.

  2. 2

    Stir in remaining ingredients and bring to boil.

    Reduce heat and simmer covered about 20 minutes until barley is tender.
