These are omelettes with toasted breads but in different way.
Steps

Pick leaves of dill, tarragon and coriander. Wash and roughly chop them. Place them in a bowl. Crack the egg and add it to the bowl. Add grated garlic. Season mixture with salt- pepper and turmeric. Gently beat egg and vegetables. Set aside.

Add olive oil to the pan.

Put slice of bread in the pan and fry each side of bread for few seconds. Set it aside.

Add again olive oil to the pan. Pour herb- egg mixture and move the pan around to spread them out. Let it to cook for few seconds. Then, put toasted bread on the omelette.

Use a spatula and press it on the omelette and let it to cook for few second.Remove the pan from the heat and serve it.

Crack the egg in a bowl. Add grated cheddar cheese and season it with salt and pepper.

Mix it very well.Put frying pan on the heat. let it to get hot. Add olive oil. Put slice of bread in the pan and fry each side of bread for few seconds. Set it aside.

Add again olive oil to the pan. Pour cheese-egg mixture and move the pan around to spread them out. Let it to cook for few seconds.

Then, put toasted bread on top of the omelette. Use a spatula and press it on the omelette and let it to cook for few second.Remove the pan from the heat and serve it.
