Ingredients

3 serves
  • 4large potatoes
  • Oil for frying
  • to tasteSalt

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash the potatoes. Peel them.

  2. 2

    Then divide it in to small little strips.

  3. 3

    Heat oil for frying. Then fry the fries.

  4. 4

    When abit dry remove from heat and re- deep fry then

  5. 5

    Let it be abit crispy. Remove from heat dry using a paper towel then serve.
