  • 1/2 kgpotatoes
  • Oil for deep frying
  • to tasteSalt

Steps

  1. 1

    Peel the potatoes. Wash them.

  2. 2

    Divide them into small pieces then let it dry.

  3. 3

    Heat oil for frying. Then deep fry the potatoes

  4. 4

    Deep fry until golden brown. I like mine a bit brown and crispy.

  5. 5

    Then serve.
