Ingredients

  • 2 poundshamburger
  • 2 packagesRitz crackers
  • 2eggs
  • 1small onion
  • 1green pepper
  • 1 canmushrooms
  • 1/3 cuptomato paste
  • 1/3 cupketchup
  • Sweet baby rays original BBQ sauce
  • Salt and pepper
  • Steak seasoning
  • Nature season
  • Margarine
  • Non stick spray
  • Large cake pan
  • Potatoes

Steps

  1. 1

    Saute mushrooms and green pepper in margarine. Add onion until done.

  2. 2

    Combine hamburger, crushed crackers, eggs, tomato paste, ketchup, 1/2 cup BBQ sauce, and seasoning. Mix well.

  3. 3

    Add and mix vegetables and form in the shape of a loaf of bread.

  4. 4

    Dice potatoes but not too small and season to taste.

  5. 5

    Spray cake pan and center loaf in middle surrounding with potatoes.

  6. 6

    Cover and bake at 400° for 30-40 minutes until cooked thoroughly and potatoes are tender. Remember to stir potatoes occasionally.

  7. 7

    Top with BBQ sauce and cook an additional 5 minutes with cover off. Let cool and serve!
