Palak Paneer with Bajra Bathua Chapati

Take a bowl..

Add flour,salt,chilli bathua and water in it..

Mix it well and make fine dough..

Then take a ball of dough..

Roll it and make chapatti..

Then put it on tawa..and cook it..till it become cooked and crispy..it's done.

Take a wok..

Add oil in it..

Then add cumin seeds,asafedita,and chopped garlic in it..

Then add all purees in it..cover it and cook it..

Then add all spices in it..and cook it..

Then add spinach puree in it..and add water (if require)in it..

Cover it and cook it on slow flame..

When it becomes properly cooked add cottage cheese in it..

Cook it for 5mins..

And serve hot with bajra bathua chapatti..
