Add chicken broth and olive oil into a pot and bring to a boil. Add the chicken legs.

Cut the carrots, onions, celery and parsley. Add the ingredients to the pot and reduce to medium heat.

Add the macaroni to the pot. Add salt and sugar. Stir and wait until macaroni and vegetables are softened.
