Fill a bunt pan 3/4ths full of water add slices of 1 lime & 1 lemon place n freezer overnight

Slice finely or grate about a 3inch piece of fresh ginger then put in the 5th of light rum, let steep overnight then strain off the ginger

In a large punch bowl unmold ice ring then add 1/2 bottle of light rum, 1/2 bottle dark rum, 1/3 bottle triple sec, 1/3 bottle of champagne, 2cups peach puree, ginger to taste. Stir & enjoy! Can garnish with fresh peach slices & thinly sliced fresh ginger or mint if desired
