  • 1 tbspcajun seasoning
  • 2 tsppaprika
  • 1 tsppepper
  • 2 tspkosher salt

    deep fry at 325°F for 4-6 minutes.

    remove from oil, let cool.

  3. 3

    rebatter wedges

  4. 4

    deep fry till golden brown at 375°F
