Put plums, raisins, cinnamon, and 1 1/3 cups of water in a pot. Set temperature to low or simmer close lid. Leave it for over 3 hours checking consistency and revolviendo until silky o creamie.

Mix 1/4 cups of water with corn starch. Slowly pour into pot while revolviendo vigorously. Keep revolviendo for 3 min.

Pour contents into crust working on the edges with a spoon.
