Take a big bowl add wheat flour, semolina,salt and oil

Mix well and make a soft dough

Keep for 15 minutes in side

Take a pan....add two spoon oil

Add cumin seeds,green chilies and ginger

Add bathua puree and saute for two minutes

Add potatoes and all spices

Mix well and let it be cool

Now take a small part of dough and fill the mixture

Make small small kachories

Deep fry them on high to slow flame till golden brown from both sides
