Steps

Wash the meat,stock fish and pomo.

Wash the vegetables five times and cut

Boil the meat and stock fish for 35 mins.

Blend the pepper and tomatoes.

Put very little palm oil and allow to bleach . Then add the blended pepper and tomatoes.

Add the crayfish,maggi and salt to taste.

Add the meat and stock fish.allow to cook for 10mins

Add the chopped vegetable and stir well.allow to cook for 4mins.

Ready to eat. You can serve with Eba or pounded yam.
