in a mortar put all your spices

with your pestal grind the spices

add spices to hot oil "wet" the spices

add your rice

stir well coating all your rice

in a pot bring water to boil

keep the rice hot stirring constantly add your your water it will sizzle very much

stir get rice loose

cover cook till you see craters appear

cover then turn off heat set aside 20 minutes

uncover and fluff serve enjoy the flavor
