  • 1/4 tspTurmuric powder
  • 2 tspTamarind pulp
  • 5 tspSambar powder
  • to tasteSalt
  • Water
  • 1/4 cupOil
  • Curry leaves few

    Wash and cut into long peices.

    Heat oil and fry bendi.

  3. 3

    Add masala

  4. 4

    Add tamrind juice

  5. 5

    Add some water and salt mix well

  6. 6

    Allow it to cook for ten min.in medium flame.

  7. 7

    Serve.
