Egg rolls are a great tasting Nigerian snack. Really filling and very delicious. well.... I chose to Premiere my cookpad experience/journey with them. cheers

Sieve flour into a bowl, and add all dry ingredients including the butter

Add to the mixture the uncooked egg and then water gradually until well combined

Cover the dough/mixture with a cling film and allow to rest for 20mins
- 4
Mix the dough a little more with your spatula or hand. you will observe it's a lot less sticky. place dough onto a floured surface and cut into 5 pieces

Take a portion, stretch it out in your hand

Place your boiled egg in the dough and wrap, flour your palm and roll the eggroll to give a smooth finish.

Fry at medium-low heat till brown. not high heat to avoid having uncooked dough in the middle or allowing the egg pop out.

And voila!!
