2 pcsPork chop
1 bunchkales
1onion
2green peppers
3coloured capsicum
3 spoonsHoney
1ginger
3 clovesgarlic

Steps

Sautee onions garlic and ginger until well done

Add salt and chopped green peppers to taste.

Place the pork chops and sear on either side. Turn regularly until well done for 6 minutes.

In a separate pan, sautee the kale lightly.

Serve the kale and use as bed for the pork. Dress lightly with the honey and garnish with coloured capsicum.
