Ingredients

  1. 3ripe bananas
  2. 1/3 cupbutter, melted
  3. 1 cupgranulated sugar
  4. 1large egg
  5. 1 tspvanilla
  6. 1 tspbaking soda
  7. 1 pinchsalt
  8. 1 1/2 cupflour
  9. 1/2 cupchopped nuts

Cooking Instructions

    Preheat oven to 350°F.

    Mix butter with smashed banana, then beat in egg, sugar and vanilla.

    Sprinkle baking soda and salt over mixture, then mix in flour gradually. Fold in chopped nuts.

    Pour batter into greased 4×8 inch loaf pan and bake for 1 hour.
