Ingredients

  1. Fruit
  2. 2 pintsfresh blueberries
  3. 2 1/2 tbspcornstarch
  4. 3/4to a cup of sugar
  5. Crust
  6. 2 cupall-purpose flour
  7. 2 cupsugar
  8. 2 tspbaking powder
  9. 1/2melted butter
  10. 4egg yolks
  11. 4egg whites stiffly beaten

Cooking Instructions

    Preheat oven to 375

    For fruit

    Combine blueberries, cornstarch and sugar, mix well

  4. 4

    Pour into a greased 9 x 13 inch baking pan.

    For crust

    Combine flour, egg yolks, baking powder, and sugar; mix well.

  7. 7

    Gently fold in beaten egg whites into batter.

  8. 8

    Spread over fruit.

  9. 9

    Bake at 375 ° for almost 45 minutes or until the fruit is bubbling around edges and top is golden.
