2 cupMacaroni, cooked
1/2 cupea. chopped onion, green and red bell pepper, celery, grated carrot
1 cupchopped broccoli
1 cupshredded cheddar cheese
3/4 cupMayonaisse
1/2 cupsour cream
2 tbspvinegar
1/2 cupsugar
1 tspparsley
1salt and pepper to taste

Cook noodles. Make dressing by combining the last 7 ingredients.

Mix all chopped vegetables, cooked noodles and dressing together. Let flavors mingle for a couple of hours in the fridge, then serve.
