Ingredients

24 servings

8 ozunsalted butter
4 eachgarlic, minced
1 mediumonion, small diced
4 stickcelery, small diced
2 boxchicken stuffing mix & ingredients
1 tspground sage
2 eachlarge eggs, whipped
2 eachscallion greens, sliced thin

Steps

Sauté garlic, onions, & celery in butter. Add to stuffing mix & make according to package directions. Add sage.

Divide stuffing equalky amoung 12 lined cupcake tins. Slightly press stuffing into the cups.

Poor tge eggs over the stuffing. Sprinkle cheese & scallions over each muffin.

Bake at 350°F until they begin to puff and slightly brown.
