Ingredients

  • crepe
  • 2egg whites
  • 1/2 cupoat flour
  • 1/4 cupalmond milk
  • 1coconut oil
  • 1hand full of spinach
  • filling
  • 1peanut butter
  • 5 cupstrawberries, sliced
  • 1/2banana, sliced
  • 1more berries, granola, fruits!

  1. 1

    Put all crepe ingredients in a blender and blend

  2. 2

    Brush a pan with coconut oil on med heat

  3. 3

    Pour batter onto pan, use back of a spoon to spread the batter thinly

  4. 4

    Flip when top side looks dry
